CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best scheduling for all guests, I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a $100 fee, payable before booking any future appointments. If you're running late, please communicate as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled. Time lost due to tardiness may result in a shortened session.
